Accountability
Corrections Policy
Accuracy matters. We review specific, evidence-supported correction requests and update material errors clearly.
How to report an issue
Contact us with the exact page, disputed passage, supporting source, and proposed correction.
How we review
We compare the claim with authoritative and primary sources, assess whether the evidence changes the conclusion, and document the editorial decision.
What we correct
Material factual errors, misleading wording, outdated product facts, broken references, and conclusions no longer supported by evidence are candidates for correction.
Minor edits
Spelling, grammar, formatting, and non-substantive clarity edits may be made without a formal correction notice.
Transparency
Where a correction materially changes meaning, the page should include an update note describing what changed and when.
